CEREMONY/COCKTAIL AUDIO PACKAGE

Ceremony & Cocktail Package

Professional sound technician on-site to set up, operate, and monitor audio for the duration of your ceremony and/or cocktail hour.

Ideal for intimate to medium-sized ceremonies and cocktail receptions requiring clear speech reinforcement and consistent background music without full-scale production. Additional equipment, multiple microphones, or upgraded PA for larger guest counts available upon request.

Package features:

  • On-site sound technician

  • Wireless or Wired handheld microphone (1)

  • Powered speaker (1) with appropriate stands and cabling

  • Basic music playback support for pre-ceremony, processional, recessional, and cocktail hour (client provides playlist or DJ)

Reception Audio & Techs

Sound Works Productions provides complete reception audio services with a dedicated two-person audio team on site: an A1 (lead audio engineer) and an A2 (assistant/audio tech). Designed for weddings, corporate gatherings, and private celebrations.

Package Includes

  • Front of House (FOH) audio setup, professionally configured for venue acoustics

  • Personalized monitoring mix for performers (in-ear or wedge monitors as requested)

  • All necessary microphones (wireless and wired)

BAND LIGHTING PACKAGE
